I use `rotsl` as a public portfolio for research automation, biological imaging, computer vision, context tooling, developer infrastructure, embedded systems, and applied machine-learning systems.

My work collected here moves between physical experiments and software systems: robotic imaging for Petri dishes, segmentation and morphometric analysis, context compilers for language-model workflows, GitHub Apps, developer tooling, and research prototypes.
